What is SculpSure?
SculpSure® is a noninvasive body contouring system that permanently destroys fat cells using advanced laser technology. The SculpSure system heats fat cells under your skin without damaging surrounding tissue.

How does SculpSure work?
Dr. Vaze places a belt-like device around the treatment area, targeting the lasers to fat cells under the surface of your skin. When the fat cells absorb enough heat from the laser, they begin to break down. You may feel a slight burning sensation during treatment, but the SculpSure system has a built-in cooling component to keep you comfortable during the treatment.
In most cases, the procedure lasts 20-45 minutes, depending on the size of the area Dr. Vaze is treating.
What can I expect from a SculpSure treatment?
Following the procedure, you can return to your normal activities. You may see some redness and tenderness in the treatment for a day or two, but it typically resolves without further treatment.
Your body eliminates those destroyed fat cells through the lymphatic system. That process takes several weeks, and you should see optimal results about three months after treatment. As long as you follow a healthy diet and exercise program, other untreated fat cells in the same area won’t grow to replace what SculpSure has just taken care of.
Will I need more than one treatment?
Results vary from person to person, with some achieving optimal results after the first treatment. Dr. Vaze schedules a follow-up appointment to assess your SculpSure results and may recommend additional treatments.
